Description
This class is for your group of up to four people. You will learn to make the iconic cheesesteak, made famous by Philadelphia. I will teach you to make your own seeded Italian rolls, a recipe that I have perfected over many years. We will slice, season, and sear rib eye steak, mix in the cheese and fried onions, and dig in! I will share all the secrets I have picked up eating at the top places in the City of Brotherly Love, including fried long hot peppers and hoagie spread. You’ll get your fill in the class and some to take home!
