This class is for your group of up to four people. Learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, or other fermented vegetables to include in your meal plans. I’ll show you how to ferment in a crock, a bucket, or a jar. Each participant will get a jar, with a specialized fermenting lid, filled with the group’s selected vegetables or the group may opt to make a combined bucket of fermented goodies.
