Description
Get a group of up to four people together for this class where you’ll learn about fermenting foods. Class covers the basic science and safety of food fermentation. The group will work together to make the base for a fermented hot sauce using one of our tested recipes. Each participant will get a filled fermentation jar to take home to finish the sauce. Any ingredients needed to finish the sauce at home will be provided. You’ll also get peppers from our organic farm to make your own hot sauce at home!
