Schedule a class for your group of up to four people. I’ll show you how the sausage gets made. Your group will select a type of fresh sausage to make, and we will cover how to work with a recipe, how to prepare the ingredients, and how to stuff and link the sausages. Each participant will take home about 2 pounds of fresh sausage ready to eat.
