Description
Get a group of up to four people together for this class where you’ll learn about baking sourdough breads. Class covers the basic science of sourdough baking. You will learn about recipe formulation and ingredients, equipment for baking, dough mixing and proofing, how to shape a loaf, how flavor develops in sourdough, how to bake a loaf, how to maintain your starter culture, and what to do with discard when you feed your culture. Each participant will get bread to take home and some active sourdough culture.
